In case of an accidental spill of an everyday liquid, we advise you to always have a pot of absorbent powder for all liquids available (ref: OBLTL ). Its dual composition allows it to be effective on most everyday liquids (milk, wine, sauces, urine, vomit, blood, etc.).

OBLOC® bags and sausages work in the same way. However, the product dimensions differ. The bags are shorter, but unlike sausages, they can be stacked on top of each other thanks to their greater width (used as a flood barrier).
To know which product to choose, we advise you to choose the product most suited to the dimensions of the area to be protected.

The compartmentalization of the product by a system of non-permanent welds allows our OBLOC® bags and sock liners to activate quickly and uniformly. Our research and laboratory tests give OBLOC® excellent water retention power.

The products are available on our website www.obloc-solutions.com , from our resellers and on several online platforms.

Except in exceptional circumstances, most of our products are in permanent stock in our warehouse. These products are therefore available in our warehouse, awaiting preparation and shipment.

Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Fees vary depending on the destination and delivery method chosen.

Delivery areas: We deliver throughout France.

Order tracking : A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You will be able to track the status of your delivery in real time.

Return period : You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions : Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with their original notices and packaging.

Return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payments by check, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay via Shopify Payment.

Check your order tracking : Check your shipping confirmation email to access the tracking number and check the status of your package on the carrier's website.

Contact the carrier : If tracking shows the package is delivered, but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly for more information.

Once the bag or sausage has been used, simply place it in the household waste or in the general waste bin at the recycling center (depending on the municipality).

The shelf life of OBLOC® super absorbent powder in its initial packaging is 5 years.

OBLOC® bags and sausages should be stored in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. They are delivered in airtight buckets or blisters to protect them from moisture. Maintaining these conditions is essential to ensure the products remain optimally effective during use.

Our OBLOC® bags and sausages undergo numerous quality tests during production and before being packaged. In very rare cases, a weld may not be strong enough, causing powder to leak.

If this happens, don't worry, the powder is non-polluting, non-irritating and safe for human health. Simply dispose of the product in your household waste. Finally, we invite you to write to us explaining the problem you are experiencing, and send us photos by email to adv@obloc-solutions.com . We will find a solution together.

During absorption activation, it is completely normal to see small gel beads appear along the welds of OBLOC® bags and sausages.
If a bag or sausage is punctured during handling, do not worry, the gel is safe for human health or the environment.
We recommend that you dispose of the bag/sausage containing the gel in your household waste and immediately clean the area with a standard cleaning product. Do not allow the gel to dry on any surface for more than 30 minutes.

Our products are neither polluting nor irritant. They are inert, 100% biodegradable (NF EN 14995), and offer complete safety for the environment and human health.
